Recruiter
Are you passionate about identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience? We're looking for a Recruiter to join our Recruitment Service Centre in Kraków and drive our hiring efforts.
This is a fully in-office position.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our recruitment operations, working closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and onboard top talent across Europe and North America. You will take ownership of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing stakeholder relationships. Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organizing interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively searching for top talent across different platforms for EU/NA roles.
- Job Advertisements: Assisting in creating and posting job ads through various channels
- Networking & Outreach: Supporting employer branding efforts, attending job fairs, and collaborating with universities
- Recruitment Process Support: Helping HR employees develop in the area of recruitment and selection
- HR Projects: Participating in different HR and recruitment-related projects
- Administrative Support: Handling various tasks to support the hiring process and recruitment strategy
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Law, or Management
- Experience: 3+ year in recruitment (IT recruitment or agency/RSC experience preferred)
- Sourcing & Interviewing: Strong candidate search and English communication skills
- HR & Tools: Knowledge of recruitment processes, ATS, or HR software
- Work Style: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle tasks independently while respecting confidentiality and teamwork
