Recruitment Coordinator
Are you passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities? We're looking for a Recruitment Sourcer to join our Recruitment Service Centre in Kraków and support our growing hiring needs.
This is a fully in-office position.
In this role, you will play a key part in our recruitment efforts by sourcing, identifying, and engaging potential candidates across Europe and North America. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, helping to build strong talent pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring process. Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organizing interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively searching for top talent across different platforms for EU/NA roles.
- Job Advertisements: Assisting in creating and posting job ads through various channels
- Networking & Outreach: Supporting employer branding efforts, attending job fairs, and collaborating with universities
- Recruitment Process Support: Helping HR employees develop in the area of recruitment and selection
- HR Projects: Participating in different HR and recruitment-related projects
- Administrative Support: Handling various tasks to support the hiring process and recruitment strategy
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Law, or Management
- Experience: 1+ year in recruitment (IT recruitment or agency/RSC experience preferred)
- Sourcing & Interviewing: Strong candidate search and English communication skills
- HR & Tools: Knowledge of recruitment processes, ATS, or HR software
- Work Style: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle tasks independently while respecting confidentiality and teamwork
