Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract 1y)
Are you passionate about identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience? We're looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Kraków at a mid to senior level.
This is a fully in-office position.
Salary gross: 9,500 - 10,500 PLN monthly
This position is initially offered as a fixed-term contract for 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, working closely with department heads to attract, engage, and onboard the best talent across all areas of our organization. Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support the Line Managers through the entire hiring process including the definition of job descriptions and salary range
- Ensure the publication of job advertisements on relevant job boards, reviewing and selecting applications according to the job requirement
- Lead professional job interviews in English and Polish for variety of positions in Editorial, IT and supporting departments
- Actively propose new way to attract candidate, including active sourcing, for specialized functions
- Collaborate with the local HR team and European recruitment team (Basel, Barcelona, Manchester, Cluj)
- Engage with Managers across Europe and China to run smooth and engaging recruitment process to ensure onboarding the right talent
- Attend job fairs and contribute to recruitment related projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, humanities, law or management
- At least 4 years experience in recruiting
- Excellent interviewing and communication skills, in both Polish and English
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive approach & goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to go an extra mile in networking and maintaining great relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Good understanding of HR processes in general; experience with talent management is a plus
- Ability to act with confidentiality and professionalism
